Posted - Nov 26 2009 : 09:45:48 AM I just discovered pillowcase dolls (browsing eBay, of course) and I found a simple how-to at http://www.ehow.com/how_2099195_make-pillowcase-doll.html. They look so easy, I think I'll make some for Christmas gifts!

Posted - Nov 27 2009 : 2:17:42 PM You are very welcome, Marian!! Please post a picture of your finished dolls. I found a gorgeous pillowcase on eBay that I'm thinking about using, if I can get it for a reasonable price. I love vintage pillowcases but I hate to actually use them for pillows!

Here is a link with some pictures. They are SO cute. I have a few pillowcases from when I was a baby. Mom saved them for me and I never knew what to do with them. But now I DO know thanks to you, Kimberly-Ann

Posted - Nov 27 2009 : 10:09:16 AM So...being more than just a little textile challenged, am I reading it correctly that the finished product would be rather flimsy if the only stuffing is up in the head? Or did I miss something?
Doesn't seem like she'd sit in a chair very well.....
