Posted - Jul 04 2006 : 6:54:02 PM I read about a backcountry cookbook put out by some local folks (local to me, Minneapolis) through the regional Co-op newsletter. The cookbook is all about simple, good-tasting, easy-to-make food for the trail along with packing tips. I just downloaded it (16 pages) and it looks pretty great! Thought some of you might like to take a look:

p.s. I know that MaryJanes backcountry food is still the cat's meow, but am always interested in learning about new ways to do things! |
