I spent the whole day cleaning and scrubbing the Flamingo Palace.. Please tell me how one 16ft vintage trailer stored in a barn for a year can get so dirty, dust and musty??
Anyway, F.P. is out of the barn and all spiffed up..., I still have to toss the linens (towels, blankets, table covers and rugs) in the laundry.. tomorrows project.
I need to wash the exterior also..
I'll post pics after F.P. is all tidy..
Got the fridge cooling and filled with sparkling water and a few beers for hubby in case he sneaks out into the trailer for a nap.

Your Glamper is looking all spiffed up again for some use during those lazy summer evenings or days when a cheerful spot is like a travel destination right in your own backyard! Love the idea of using it for a glass of wine in the evening, coffee in the early morning, maybe a nap on a rainy day! I love how you have it all fixed up!

Love seeing inside your Flamingo Place and hearing about how you came about Lucy Grace. Happy memories keep us through the bad times.

No special theme, just having fun being eclectic…

btw: the red-haired rag doll is ‘LucyGrace’
I made her oh so many years ago while visiting with a handful of Farm gals over at Maryjane‘s farm.
We had fun making rag dolls and enjoying food and friendship.
Great memories.
Great laughter

I have been enjoying sneaking out to my F.P. with my Sissy girl (kitty) just to sit and chillaxe..
Yesterday, while Sissy was sitting by the screen door looking out, 2 sets of Quails sauntered by... then a Bee decided to annoy Sissy by busing around the door..
Right now the Skeeters are horrible (waking up from the sudden heat wave) so I can't sit outside,, but in the trailer its the next best thing...
Happy Trails...

Great work Grace! I love how you call it your Flamingo Palace! We actually had to sleep in our trailer on Saturday night because our AC broke and the house was a sauna. Thank goodness the trailer was nice and cool. Plus the kids liked the pre camping trip lol!

Although it's a lot of work, I bet it's a wonderful feeling to have your palace all cleaned up and ready to go!
