It inspired me to get out my dutch oven that I bought but never used. I got it seasoned, (Thanks Mary Jane). I decided to make chicken enchiladas. Lighting the briquettes was the scary part but it turned out easy. Kinda cool cooking on my back porch. The meal turned out pretty good. TW When life gives you more than you can stand.....kneel ! Grateful, Thankful and Blessed!
