For the Expert level of Classic Casseroles,
I made a breakfast casserole of homemade hash browns and pork sausages. I made a lunch casserole of 3 cheese macaroni with beef hot dogs. I made a dinner casserole of ham and noodles and for the dessert casserole I made a peach cooler dump cake casserole.
The recipie for the ham bake casserole is

2 cups wide noodles pre cooked, set aside
In a skillet:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups sour cream
2 1/2 cups milk
2 TBS butter
Chopped celery, onion, bell pepper add as much as you like.
I did about 1/2 cup each.
Bring to a boil, then add some flour to thicken it, about 1/4 cup.
Stir in your noodles,
Add 4 cups chopped ham.

Pour all into a 9x13 casserole dish.
You can add some bread crumbs on top for a crust.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
