Posted - Oct 02 2007 : 1:42:06 PM Yesiree, those are yucky apples for pie. They are, unfortunately, NOT so delicious. Just an eating apple, and even then, by some of the grocery standards, that's stretching it!

Certain apples just aren't good for pies (as I've found in trial and error :)
