Posted - Oct 10 2007 : 1:32:46 PM Any successful bakers of this persnickety bread out there? I found a good recipe but I need some ideas on keeping the starter warm for 24 hours. I don't have a hot water tank accessible and my stove is electric, not gas. I tried keeping the bowl warm by surrounding it with warm water in my crockpot, but the results were only so-so. Any ideas would be appreciated because I love this bread! Thanks, |
