Posted - Aug 15 2008 : 08:46:28 AM My friend, Kathy is looking for a good biscuit recipe. I used to have one that used cake flour and really raised up nicely. Does any one have a similar recipe?
Thanks!

Posted - Aug 15 2008 : 09:49:23 AM There are two that I use. My normal one is in the red/white plaid Better Homes & Gardens cookbook. It has a touch of cream of tartar in it and is great. I always get compliments. The other uses (I think) self-rising flour and cream and that's it. A friend gave it to me...I don't make it often as I don't always have that kind of flour to hand, but it is good, and so easy. I don't remember the quantities, but can look it up for you if you like. The BHG one is my fave!
