From the latest magazine. I really love orzo for pasta salad, but often find that the recipes are a little on the bland side. This recipe is perfect. I have made it almost every week since I got the magazine. I actually have a confession to make about it. I have been keeping it a secret and hiding it in the back of the fridge every time I have made it, until last night. I even told DH, "I don't think you'll really like it," so that only I can eat it. Of course he liked it. How horrible am I?
