Posted - Aug 05 2011 : 10:10:02 AM I have never used the berries after but I have used apple peelings and peach peels to make syrup and jellies after using the fruit to make pie fillings or just canning it. I usually use the berries to make jams instead of jellies so I can use the whole berry. I don't see why you couldn't use them in baked goods.

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce, Or a trouble is what you make it! And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts, But only--how did you take it?
