Posted - Sep 09 2011 : 10:30:47 AM Hey all!
I just got a bread maker on Craigs list and am looking for good gluten free bread maker recipes. Especially for sandwich bread. Really the only resource I know of (which is a good one) is LivingWithout.com.
Any advice/info from the farmgirl sisters is always welcome! ;)

Posted - Sep 20 2011 : 09:34:53 AM Search the model number/make of your breadmaker online. You should be able to find a copy posted of its original manual, with recipes. I got one for $3 at a thrift store, no manual but unused, and found the manual online for free! Good luck!

Posted - Sep 19 2011 : 11:50:01 AM My husband bought me a Cuisinart convection bread maker a few years back and it actually has a "gluten free" setting. I'm not sure what it does different. The recipe booklet has 6 gluten free recipes. I would check the Cuisinart website to see if they have copies available. If not, I would be more than happy to try to scan them and email them to you. (They are too lengthy to type.) my email: brandonrides@q.com

Posted - Sep 10 2011 : 07:24:40 AM I bought a bunch of Bob Mills breads on sale and am now out. I've been looking through the books, but have yet to make any. I'll be curious right along with you for these.
