Posted - May 20 2012 : 12:26:07 PM If my family thinks I'm nuts now, watch for an update soon on two new jellies. I am crossing my fingers that they are tasty.
The coffee jelly (posted a link for the recipe on my "Pioneer Woman At Heart" blog tastes just like black coffee. Yum.
I also will be making strawberry jam for the first time. Yum! I just have to get down to the produce stand for strawberries. We don't get enough here yet, but planted more new plants.

Posted - Jun 13 2012 : 05:06:49 AM Sorry, to appear so 'not like a Farmgirl' really I am...but can you post the recipe??? I love making jelly...it is so pretty, of course, it tastes yummy; however, mine has always been blackberry, plum, and strawberry. Since I have been here, I have made Queen Anne's Lace, I plan to make the coffee jelly, now I find out there is rose petal as well? You gals are the greatest!

Posted - Jun 12 2012 : 06:31:07 AM Thank you, Kristina...I was wondering if I could substitute a cup of non-dairy creamer for a cup of water? That would be good, too!
