Posted - Aug 06 2012 : 8:28:41 PM So I did some research, and found a salad. I tweaked the recipe I found a lot, to use up some other CSA produce we had.
The resulting recipe is at my blog:

Posted - Aug 08 2012 : 04:29:50 AM One of the things I liked about our CSA when we were a part of one is that they'd always put a description of what was in the box and a few recipes for the veggies that weren't as common. You might suggest that to your CSA. Sometimes the folks who grow the stuff forget that not everyone knows what the veggies are or how to use them!

Posted - Aug 07 2012 : 6:02:03 PM I love fennel. It's so good. They don't put recipes in your box? That;s not something you see every day.

Posted - Aug 07 2012 : 5:52:17 PM Hi Bev! I roast fennel in the oven. It mellows and sweetens the flavor. I never use to like Fennel, but now I'm growing it in the garden!
