Does anyone have a frezzer pesto recipe that uses cashew nuts instead of pine nuts?
I got lucky last weekend & a friend gave me an entire flat of Basil! I also hit a good sale cashew nuts a little while back & have alot left & taking into condiseration that I buy my olive oil in those big containers for $20 I could be making super cheap right now!

I don't use pine nuts in my pesto anymore, I use walnuts. Same taste, less cost. It freezes just the same :)
