Posted - Aug 19 2012 : 08:34:00 AM My DH is an OK cook, not fabulous but he tries and I am grateful. This AM, for the very first time he used MJF mix and made blueberry pancakes with blueberries from the freezer. They were FABULOUS!! I am so proud of him and told him he could make these again any time. Joey

Posted - Aug 19 2012 : 09:12:01 AM Good for your hubby! My hubby IS an excellent cook and I'm totally grateful! He actually does most of the cooking these days. That kind of started a few years ago when I was working 3 jobs and putting a decent meal on the table was almost impossible. He started doing it and HE IS GOOD! I'm sure, with encouragement and more experience, your hubby will get to where he's better and enjoys it! CJ
