I wanted to try grinding them, so I put them in the Magic Bullet. I was pleased with how well it did. I use the MB for my dried peppers. The corn was not exceptionally fine but it was the consistency of corn meal that I buy. Now, I have to try some recipe with it. I'm tempted to keep grinding and see if I can get it as fine as polenta.
Has anyone else used their own corn this way? I'm trying to find new ways to use the crops we grow.
