Posted - Dec 11 2012 : 04:22:12 AM I have a cake recipe that I want to convert into mini cakes. How do I figure out how long to bake them for? Just keep testing?

Posted - Dec 11 2012 : 11:23:46 AM Deb, try baking them for about 30 min., then checking them. Add 5-10 mintues as needed.

Posted - Dec 11 2012 : 05:48:16 AM No, I'm thinking those little loaf type pans. Eventually I'd like to make it from scratch, but for now I'll use a box mix.

Posted - Dec 11 2012 : 05:36:43 AM I would probably test them. Are your cakes similar in size to cupcakes? The box usually give a time for cupcakes and you could use that to help in your estimate.
