Posted - Jan 04 2013 : 07:24:21 AM Or do you need to squeeze my own juice from clementines?
I checked our organic section at Kroger, and can't find it yet in other store.
Just wondering...

Posted - Jan 12 2013 : 4:00:33 PM I'm experimenting with clementines. I love them, too. I peeled, sectioned and froze two pounds to see how they turn out. I also peeled, sectioned, removed all white stuff and canned in a medium syrup about 6 pounds. It will be interesting to see what how they taste. |

Posted - Jan 06 2013 : 11:29:39 AM Well, this recipe will be put on the back burner for now. I don't have a juicer, and the price of clementines are a bit high to squeeze for 1/2 cup of juice.
I do wonder though....can Tangerine juice be used to make a curd vs. clementine juice? And taste similar?
