Posted - Jan 27 2013 : 4:17:18 PM I recently bought a simple spiral slicer off Amazon to make zucchini spaghetti. It was pretty good--I don't care for pasta so this a good alternative. You just slice the zucchini and put spaghetti sauce over it. It might be better if I warmed it in the microwave. But it really did taste good. And no carbs. Cindy

Posted - Jan 27 2013 : 4:57:44 PM I have the Spiral slicer too. But I have not tried it yet. However, I did try Zucchini lasagna from a Farmgirl blog and it was delicious. Spaghetti squash is good too. I always seem to overcook or undercook it.
