Posted - Mar 08 2013 : 11:40:57 AM Hi Liz,
I'm new to MJF Farm Kitchen Forum. I have a cast iron cookbook called Cooking On Iron (Old Time Recipes) by James and Doris Donahue. It was printed in 1982 by James and Doris Donahue Editors A JayDee Publication Savage Advertising, Publishers Tuscola County Advertiser, Printers
Just typed their names in bing and found they are retired, but have a web site on MySpace. You might try them to see if the book is still available. If not I'd be willing to make a deal with you for the one I have.

I use my cast iron cookware almost every day with all of my regular recipes, but I did buy a camping cookbook that has some dutch oven recipes in it for outdoor cooking. Amazon has quite a few cookbooks for cast iron. The Kindle editions are not that expensive.
