Posted - May 13 2013 : 08:16:53 AM I'm looking for recipes, using adzuki beans, that my entire family will enjoy. Preferably, recipes with no other processed foods. Got any?

Posted - May 13 2013 : 7:57:56 PM Adzuki beans work well in meatloaf and meatballs as a replacement for the ground meat. Cook them (I use dry, soak them and then cook them)and then pretend they are ground meat. Taste delicious. Cooking time is less ( at least half )because they are already cooked.
Give thanks to yourself everyday for all the wonderful things you do! |
