Posted - Sep 05 2013 : 06:52:39 AM It's working!!I have managed to acquire three 1-gallon jars with plastic spigots, and currently have our 3rd batch of kumbucha brewing. My first batch of green tea kumbucha is in the fridge ready to drink. I have gone over to the continuous brew method and it is wonderful. I even have a scoby hotel going DH and my sister are drinking kumbucha too, and are both pitching in to drink the Groslch beer to get those bottles empty for the next batch of kumbucha. My second ferment of kumbuch is in canning jars, glass bottles and 2 beer bottles. The goal is 21 beer bottles, so all of us can have 1/2 cup of bucha a day.
