I was wondering if anyone has tried to can homemade fruit juice other then the grape? We had such a wonderful treat with the homemade grape juice and would like to make strawberry, raspberry, apple and anything else that may be a wonderful change from store bought.

thank you

Thank you so much for sharing, I tried a couple different flavors after I posted my question, blueberry, strawberry, black cherry, and wild raspberry. The strawberry and blueberry tasted bad, yuck actually , they did not work. they did not taste good at all so I was afraid to try another nasty tasting juice. So after reading your reply I was brave enough to try the black cherry, not good, but the raspberry was good just needed more sugar. I am glad I did not throw them out. You said you made sour cherry? I will have to try that one. Again, thank you.

Danyel, last summer or fall there was a good thread on here about making juices, I tried making sour cherry juice and thought it was very good. I want to try raspberry this year and the cherry again!
