I just wanted to share this salad DH and I have been having the last few nights:

Artisan lettuce (1 head per person usually does the trick for us; we shred it and then mix all the shreds before separating)
Carrot "twigs"
Mini cucumbers
Velveeta shredded cheese
Crispy bacon slices; broken into salad
Croutons
Tomatoes; chopped / diced
Wishbone's Cheddar Bacon Ranch dressing

Delicious!
