We planted several currant bushes a couple of years ago. One of my favorite things to do with them is put them in turkey dressing.
I believe I have enough for a batch of jam, but what else do you do with them?

In Mary Jane's first book, is a recipe for glazed leg of lamb with garlic scapes and currant sauce. Never tried it, but it sure sounds good!
