I have been making ice cream cubes from goat milk my neighbor shares with me. The receipe is 1 quart milk (any kind of milk would work), 2 cups sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, two eggs. Blend and pour into trays and freeze. Taste great and should be easy - but have you ever had one of those days when everything you touch explodes? Forgot to close the spout on the blender and spent hours cleaning the mix from counters and cabinets - what a mess - all you can do is laugh and make some more!

Yes, I have done that even with the beaters on a handheld mixer. Raised it up before it was turned off. What a mess!
