I posted a couple of my own favorite recipes over on my that I like to use for Sunday supper. There is my vegetable soup which melts a block of Parmesan cheese into the broth and I love it! Also, my fruit salad with cinnamon maple yogurt sauce.

Check them out here: http://estleschippfarm.blogspot.com/2014/11/whats-cooking-sunday-edition.html

My favorite Sunday suppers are ones that are easy, light and healthy to help us get ready for the week ahead. Plus - they have to be easy to make and easy to clean up.

What are some of your favorite Sunday suppers?

Both recipes sound delish! I never thought of melting the cheese directly into the soup. I recently bought a bottle of maple syrup so I'll try the salad. Thank you!
