I like to use anchovy paste in spaghetti sauce, but I only use a little at a time. I buy it in the tube, but I still end up throwing most of it out because I don't use it fast enough.

Yesterday I bought another tube that was marked down 50% - date is good through May. This morning I squeezed out 17 approx. 1 tsp servings on waxed paper covered plate. Will freeze it and store in freezer jar. Hopefully it will be handier this way and I will use it up.
