On our recent trip I had the opportunity to try lavender lemonade and I fell in love. It was delicious and refreshing and now I really want to drink some more. Do any of you have a great lavender lemonade recipe?

Thanks Marlene and Judith. I will have to try the tea. In the meantime I just purchased some lavender syrup and have been adding that to my lemonade. It isn't the same but it has been working and all of my kids just love it. And I agree Judith. This year I only grew one tiny lavender plant and its starting to not look so good. I will have to grow some more next year.

I haven't made it yet but I think you would just make tea with lavender and use that to make the lemonade. It might take some trial and error to get the right strength of lavender tea. A good reason to grow lots of lavender.

Fyi Found some lavender/lemon fruit loose tea in an amish store Wed. Just tried as hot tea. It's really good.

Heather, I wasn't completely sold on the idea at first, but a lady kept telling me how wonderful it was. I am so glad I listened to her. I also fell in love with Harry Potter frozen butter beer. I have tried recreating that one since being back and it was awful lol. There are so many different variations online and it sucks not knowing which ones are right.
