Posted - Dec 07 2025 : 6:55:24 PM I’m wondering if anyone on here has experience with using ancient grains like Einkorn flour? If so, any tips or tricks or recipes to share? Thanks in advance! :)

Posted - Dec 11 2025 : 12:59:44 PM I tried Einkorn flour before, but I found it left a very different taste than regular flour. I am not sure I like it as well. I think it does, however, perform well in making homemade bread to be light and not too heavy and the nutritional value is great and worth trying because you might find the taste perfect.

Posted - Dec 08 2025 : 1:44:15 PM Besides making a quick beer bread or other quick breads, I have not baked bread in a long time. I have never made any bread but white bread. After the first of the year, I plan to start baking bread. It would be fun to try other flours.
