The badge spotlight for this week is:

Farm Kitchen: Know Your Food - Intermediate

If you have completed the beginner level of this merit badge, it is time to increase your skills even more and to improve your food choices. I'm working on this level right now myself.

Here is a link to the badge requirements:

One of the requirements is to read Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan. This book is currently available to borrow from our Farm Library!

Please email me through the chatroom if you wish to request it. Be sure to include your name, address, email and phone number with your request. I look forward to seeing your name listed in the chatroom as a Merit Badge Awardee

Don't eat anything your great-grandmother wouldn't recognize as food ~Michael Pollan

I just applied for my What's Your Beef beginner level badge and recommended this in my write up. So glad to see it is available to people!
