Did anyone else celebrate with an apple pie or apple dessert this weekend? I made an apple cake. It was delicious! (Kind of like a carrot cake.)

Heather, I completely forgot all about it. The month went so fast I lost track of my Sundays lol! I will have to make an apple dessert this weekend to make up for it.

I made an apple pie! I have been craving one :). I saw a recipe for an apple cake that I want to try sometime this fall.
