I am wondering what type of journal did you buy for your farmgirl chapter? I noticed that there were objects attached on the pages and wondered why type of journal is decoratable outside and will hold all those lovely extras inside without breaking the binding. Any ideas?? I am so eager to get my chapter going! Got my packet in the mail Saturday!! Also, how do I contact people on this forum who I think may be near my area to invite them to a chapter meeting or is that too forward?

You could try a scrapbook. They are designed to hold the more bulky pages and you can always decorate the cover if you buy a plain one.

The Far-Flung Farmgirls have a regular spiral notebook with a decorated cover. It's working so far!
