Wow, Tammy. Did you guys refinish that Hoosier or build it or what? It sure is a magnificent piece! And of course, anything that beautiful has to be called 'she'! LOL You both SHOULD be proud of HER! :)

Holy cow! That is the second wonderful hoosier cabinet that has been posted here on this site, and I stand in awe! What a treasure!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you that you get to use it and love it everyday.

My granmother in law gave me the hoosier cabinet about a year ago. My husband and I took off layers off white paint, stickers, and wooden hardware. We then sanded it, repaired some if the cabinets, stained it in Bombay Mahogany from Minwax (2 coats) and voila!! She is a beauty! This cabinet dates back to 1941 and still has the flour bin inside. I am so in love with her....
