I know it is silly- but I hate washing floors.
What part of your house is your least favorite to get down and dirty with?

I hate cleaning my hallway. It's a passthrough to the house, not big enough to cuss a cat, and yet, it's the dirtiest "room" because it's the only way thru for 4 dogs, 3 cats and 2 humans.
I hate vacuuming the rug, I hate the rug pad, I hate cleaning out the corners.

| I don't like cleaning the bathroom. Thank God we have new toilet and sink, but before that, the toilet just reeked of urine, and that mixed with cleaning stuff just makes me sick. I love to vaccuum! |

| The bathroom......all 3 of them!!!!!! (especially the kids bathroom, which by the way I have them clean but I always go back and clean after them just to be sure it is done right!) |

The family room. It's the walk-through to the rest of the house and is the catch-all for everything. And I mean everything. I sweep in there daily because of the dogs and their lovely shedding coats, leaves that blow in and the dirt that comes from everybody's shoes. Every place that has a flat surface is covered by something. It is the source of most of my cleaning rampages. Grrrrr.

Tubs & Showers...just seems there is no good way to do this without getting wet & covered in cleaning product. Maybe I should get the power washer from the garage?

I would have to say the 'area' around the high chair! Floor, walls, window, chair itself. Yuck! I tell you if you miss cleaning after one meal, the next time you have cement everywhere!
Also, the fridge is a peeve of mine.

Most specifically, I loathe cleaning the toilet. Three men in my house. And I let the one who had bad aim in the first place train the two little ones!! ~ K

Floors!! I don't mind cleaning the bathroom -- love scrubbing the tubs and sinks, polishing chrome until it shines but the floor is my least favorite. Especially the kitchen floor! In fact, the older I get the more I dislike housework. I do it because I can't stand a dirty house but it's just a tiring job. You do it and then a few days later you have to do it again! I'd much rather be crafting or sewing!

| My least favorite place to clean is the kitchen. Which is really a bad situation because I love to cook and am a "messy" cook, so I always have more work for myself after a meal....it is so frustrating...really though, I think the real reason I dislike the kitchen cleaning is because I have been doing dishes since I was very little, I think 5. My Mom made me stand on a chair and do dishes...back then we didn't have a dishwasher, so everything was done by hand. The rule was everyother night I would do dishes, and my brother would do my off night. But, somehow, he would leave to go fishing at the river when it was his night to do dishes and I ended up doing them at my Mother's insistence....I think that is why I dislike kitchen work. Although, I do love a sparkling, clean kitchen...just hate doing the work to get there. Oh well...a woman's work is never done!! My Mom used to say that to me all the time...Erica:) |

I guess my least favorite place to clean would be the kitchen floor. Sweeping isn't bad, but it has linoleum tile with little, bitty nicks and crevices that "loooooooove" to collect the dirt. In order to get it really clean, I have to do the "Cinderella" treatment--hands and knees with a scrub brush! I feel great when I am done, but don't like thinking about starting!

I detest washing the floor! It doesn't get done unless my husband does it! True story. I promise you will never see my mopping the floor!

My husband's bathroom. He really wanted his own space when our 2 daughters were at home, so we agreed that he could build one in the basement. Its not finished, the shower is already falling apart and there is no ceiling. And of course, he promised to finish it and to keep it clean...10 years ago! I go in there every once in a while and tackle it. Its an embarassment to me and I always refer to it as the "man bathroom". YUK!

I really can't stand cleaning out the shower stall. There's no easy way to do it without getting wet at some point. And no matter what I do, the walls are always streaky.

i'm jumpin' in with the girls that don't LOVE cleaning floors. we have all wood floors (painted .. yellow and pumpkin and white in different rooms) ... TWO olde english sheepdogs that bring in a LOT of dirt (and dog hair)! it's the deep-down cleaning (in the corners ... and i have SO many treasures ON the floor .. little dust catchers ... yep! i think floor-washin' would be my least fav!

I hate cleaning the bathroom! Soon I will have 2 to clean when hubby gets done the one in the basement. Ughhh, I like the fact of two bathrooms, but hate the thought of cleaning both! Yuck.
