Tina- I looked on your web site(gardengoosegifts) I like! do you make the bags? were can one find that type of material? I will be shopping soon. I also make some herbal pillows( lavender eye, heart shaped) I would love to set up at the etsy shop, but don't know how??? info from anyone please! (i know this sounds stupid but I'm a little slow on this web stuff, they were just getting around to teaching it when i grad., 10 yrs ago!) oh I forgot to mention, that I had my last baby at home, in the water, and my oldest got to witness! just thought i would add p.s. I'm doing this all with one hand, my left hand (i'm not left handed!) and feeding, breast that is, so if it's messy sorry!

Welcome Shawna,
Glad to meet you, the ladies here are so much fun, and very helpful. Don't be shy.
I had 3 children in 4 years, so I know where you're coming from...typing with one hand is challenging, but I found buttering toast with one hand the hardest!
Enjoy them, they grow up sooooo fast. Mine are 15, 17 and 19 now.

Welcome, Shawna! Stick with us long enough and you will learn a lot about everything....computers, etsy shops, gardening, raising children, sewing, and just being great friends together. Good to have you!

It's good to be meeting all of you(so to speak) I'm so ready to learn, learn, learn. I'm just feeling so free to be in a place were everyone else has the same type of outlits. I feel like a lost soul in this generation of young people, and since the other gals I visit with don't desire to know and do the same things that I yern to know- well it's like a turtle hiding in its shell!! So a big thanks to MJ for stepping up and opening her heart to us all! And I love all the connections to hamemade items. I have a special something that I make and I can't waite to learn how to make it available to all you gals.
p.s. yes the toast is hard. after child 2 I learned how to crack eggs with one hand but cutting a steak and doing the toast are just two handed projects! ppss- do we have any more MO gals out there? I would love to learn of any gals in my area!
I don't need a certain number of freinds, just a number of friends I can be certain of.

Welcome to the forum Shawna! I have just one kiddo right now, but I already have learned that I have to always keep one hand on her during meal times or she tries to steal food off my plate! (she is only 6 months)
