I have a couple of canning jars filled with dried kidney and garbanzo beans. I've probably had them for at least five years, if not longer. Does anyone know if it's still okay to use them, since they're dry?
Thanks in advance! Karin |

Karin, I recently cooked up some red lentils and some yellow lentils that were of a similar age, and they did just fine. I think, like you say, since they are dry, they'll go indefinitely. Good Luck!
