This isn't particularly handmade, but I would appreciate any input, just the same.
My kitchen is small and doesn't really have a good "eating area." The only other option is the dining room, but I would love a small area in the kitchen where the kids can do homework or just sit and talk while I fix dinner, etc. The available area is just inside the door from the garage. The previous owners had a rather large table there -- totally inconvenient, imo. In my mind, I envision a chrome "Coca-Cola" table, small and somewhat high, with a couple of chrome and (maybe) red vinyl barstools. Diameter of the table can't be too large, more like a cocktail table (think: wine bar) than a full-size table.
If anyone runs across an item like this online or somewhere that might ship -- or if you have this type of item and would like to sell it, please let me know.

Check at Target. Saw the stools there...didnt notice a table. Hope you have one fairly close.

| Did you try the JCPenney Catalog...I think I saw them there...also try Plow and Hearth..and "Google" for your chrome set..or try restaurant supply store..some body must sell them because I have seen them in lots of restaurants. |
