I posted some new items..valentine's day cards and a few more clothes.. I have a question for you seasoned etsy shop keepers.. I have 25 "fancy diaper pants and bloomers" I had taken this picture of them yesterday..cute huh? anyway... I took this shot and others to display them on the etsy site but I realized that there's no way to keep track of what sold and what didn't based on the picture alone. Soooooo is there ANY way to get around having to post 25 individual pictures for sale? The thing for me is the time it takes to post each listing. I don't know if my computer is slow but I find the process rather laborious..any advice?

These are so sweet;)

You can edit the listing to say what is still available...once one sells you will have the option to relist the item, do it because it is quicker than a new listing and then edit the description to say- Let me know which ones you would like when you make your purchase, all are available except the red ticking stripe- or whatever.

Hopefully that helps, Rebekka

you could list it using the photo shown here. Then you only have to list the auction about 3 times with the different items on the rack.
you could list the auction as a: choose the one you like.
row 1 numbers 1, 2, 3
row 2 numbers 4,5, 6
row 3, number 7,8,9
and so on..
have the customer tell you what row and number of item they choose.
just an idea.

YEAH!! I was so hoping I could use the pictures and not have to list them individually! I had started to describe them in that explanation box something like TOP - BOTTOM/ LEFT - RIGHT etc.. Tina, I'm not sure what you mean by auction...Rebekka, I am totally finding my way through the whole editing process too..learning,..learning.. Thanks for the tips.. I am so grateful.. will be posting these soooooon!!
Cheers! ~j

Hey what if you numberd them like pin a number on each pair then take the picture.hmmmm it would look neat maybe to number a clothes pin and clip , I'm sure you would think of something just perfect but for me your lables are so unique, actually my favorite part but numbering them & taking the picture is the idea sloshing around my mind- Hope it helps They are so making me want another baby! My oldest just turned 5 on christmas & she said "Mama I want you to grow another seed".& now these little pants your killin me! Thanks for making me smile- Jaime

Oh my gosh Julia those are adoreable and I know what you mean about the process being a time consuming event. I think part of the problem on my end is my computer but good luck and those are really precious.

hey everyone...I just posted the fancy diaper pants and bloomers in my Etsy store. I took a combo of your great advice and labelled them in the description section. Rebekka, I also finally figured out how to edit my description after I posted..gee whiz, I look all over everywhere for the edit option..the only place I didn't look was right in front of my FACE!!! lol
So go check out the site and let me know what you think!
Cheers! Julia

Hey, I can't find your etsy store. www.julia42etsy.com isn't working for me. Will you post it again?
