I think my mind works in overload - but I have to say for you to come up with all these amazing doll stories - your mind must stay in OVERDRIVE! Seriously, your talent is amazing and you are just too much fun! The "sisters" are precious!
thanks sweetie pies! they are a little more 'prissily' dressed than i usually make .. but i love their 'springtime' shades! the 'little sisters' and their quilts were quite fun too!

Still needin' a momma: HEIDI and HELEN
Heidi is the youngest of the cousins .. and was the most apprehensive about leaving home to journey to 'the new country' .. especially since she had heard of the division of new america. The older girls tend to 'baby' her as much as they do the 'baby sisters' .. and she certainly seems to enjoy it too. She has learned to be quite skillful at sewing her 'samplers' .. and is dutifully learning to cook. She loves all things feminine and so hopes her new momma has some pretty ribbons for her braids. (She has actually been roaming the 'chiaffarobe' this morning and found a few to bring with her!)
well honey-doo .. ef'fen you ever see a chile that jus' tugs at your heart .. and you need to 'take a little time' to gather some pennies .. Sister Mercy never minds waiting. xo
I just saw these today! They are so sweet, I wished I had seen them earlier. Fredrik has an adorable aunt in Sweden that I've been wanting to send something and I know she would love one of these.
