Maria Antonia .. was named after the infamous "Marie Antoinette".
Little Marie's momma loved history .. and especially 'tragic queens'.
Maria, as is evident from her armload and pocketfull of olde buttons, laces and linens and vintage quilt snippets loves to sew. She also brings a ragball, quilt square .. yummy sweet annie and pot pourii bags ..
Sweet and gentle countenance .. she is kind to all she meets. She wears a lovely floral locket necklace and belt of olde buttons. Her lace-edged pinafore is from the 1800's! Her dress is sewn from a vintage quilt. $21. adoption and travellin' fee.
Too true on that one Oh no problem with that....her new momma don't like the thought of them much anyhow :) I do have a tiara that she could try on tho. Can't wait and the other chillun' in the craft room can't wait to see her too!
