Any traditionalists, you know, archers, among the farmers?
I think after the fun of getting a great tuning on my guitars and mandolin tuning my recurved ranks among my bliss moments.

Anybody stalk or are you more up in the air standers or just target rangers?

I play around with the instictive shooting on a recurve bow. I have a beautiful old Bear bow a friend's father gave me years ago. It is a little heavy for me to pull for very long, so I am in the market for another at a lower poundage at some point (when we have time to have fun again).

Hi Lynn
Call me instinctive too. I had fruit rats coming up and stealing the birdfeed so when the supersoaker didn't stop the varmits I reached for a more threatening weapon.
I was at a BoyScouts Powwow and got a lesson from Fred Bear way way back when I was a den mom.
We have a stand of bamboo and I just got some turkey feathers to make arrows.Did you know that those AOL/earthlink/netzero discs you get in the mail for free minutes make good fletch?
Don't go trying a hold with a strained back. When you feel better we can hit some trails together.
