We have a variety of old milk bottles and crates for sale. The bottles are labeled or unlabeled, embossed or unembossed. They are too many to list here. We have used the bottles in the past for raising orchids (yes, orchids), so they are in good shape and have no chips or cracks.

Prices: Printed / painted labels $4
No labels $3

Shipping extra and by individual order.

I have been to the basement and triumphed! However, I can't figure out how to post the blooming pictures. I will put the listing here and try to post pics tomorrow when I have a brain.

All are quarts unless otherwise noted:

24 - dozen (yep, that is 288 total) unmarked milk bottles

22 Boutwell dairy, with checkmarks on both sides, Lake Wales, Fla.
17 Boutwell dairy, with (adorable) cows on both sides, Lake Wales, Fla.

1 Cloverdale dairy, Addison, Illinois

1 Rode Wald's dairy, Russell, Illinois

5 Dresell dairy, Miami, Fla.

2 Velda's dairy, "Florida's finest"

4 Foremost dairy, "Your Family Gets The Most From Foremost!"

Other oddities I found:

5 1/2 gal. rectangular glass orange juice bottles, can be corked

18 qt. orange juice glass bottles, round or square, some marked in red print, "Farmbest" -- these can be sealed with a cork as well

12 1/2 gallon milk bottles

All the prices are the same as the first entry except for the 1/2 gallons which are $6 each. Of course, shipping will depend on where and how many. And, if someone is interested in a cool dozen of the unmarked milk bottles, they, and an authentic metal crate, can be had for $50 plus shipping.

Please email me if you have questions! Thanks for your patience as I learn how to post pics!

Actually, it is the pump house. It started out as a cover for the well, and, well, as you can see, it got quite large. It has, inside, a sewing room for my Mother, freezer space, and, on the outside, a swing and two rockers.... and potted plants...My porch is the same except I have two dogs and a cat on it! LOL Oh, and my flowers are just starting bloom as I am in a cooler climate than she!

I am going to pack and get shipping information tomorrow. Is anyone else interested in the bottles this week? As they are at my parents, I am only going to pack them once a week for shipping. Hope to hear from you!

Do you know how many you want? That will determine the cost. Also, what is your zip?

Thanks!

Hi,

Sorry to be delayed. Don had a motorcycle accident and I have been otherwise occupied. Point of reference: a deer trumps and motorcyle any day! No broken bones, but lots of scrapes and road burns....

Quarts weigh about 1.5 pounds each. If you wish, you can use that as a guide. To those who have ordered bottles, I have your individual weights and will email them to you. Thanks for your patience.

Sorry, to hear about the accident. Hope Don is good as new in no time.

I'll be looking for your email.

Thanks!
