Tell me a little about your moon pads. Right now I use Luna pads. And of course I would rather buy them from a farmgirl.

Melissa- My moon pads are made so simply- they just lay along the panty and I find they stay in place better than my old luna's or glad rags (which sometimes rolled around- not often but once was enough for me to try something else!). For comparisons sake they are longer and have no snap to go underneath. I make pretty flowered pads from conventional cotton flannel for $16 for set of three but I think you get the most for your money buying the organic pads- they are three for $18 plus shipping and are made of a lovely teal flannel from a women's organic cotton cooperative in Texas! All girl made and earth friendly!!!! You can't beat that. Thanks for your interest and let me know if you want to place an order- Farmgirls get a little handmade extra with every order of course! Be Well, Rebekka

so all different size - night time, day time and light. Are they like lunas where there are holders and pads or just pads? From LUnapads I get the organic cotton, I like them as plain as possible that way I get them real clean. I'd probably get the same from you. I'll go through my stash and see if I need anything.

Ladies- How fun to have such excitement about healthy moon products!!! These are pads only (no pesky inserts), in three thicknesses- they are shaped like a simple long rectangle with rounded edges. There are no snaps to hold them in as this adds bulk (and bulk is trouble!). Seriously girls, I have tried them all and these are the most comfortable to me. Having said that the pads other girls make are lovely too and since each body is different we all have our favorite style. Be Well, Rebekka !!!Back to Basics!!! |
