I have my fabric now and it is washed. Just need to iron and cut it out and it will be on its way soon. This looks like so much fun.

Ladies...I run to the mailbox everyday now just to see whats inside. With Dianas charms as a small sample of whats to come, I know you all will be very happy!
And to be honest, I am off to the fabric shop today, yes Valentins Day, to shop for more fabric. I promised my husband we would stop at a hobbie shop so he could look at trains..
Its a win win for both of us!!!

Went fabric shopping today...woohoo! Had a great time picking out fabric. Will plan on putting in the wash tomorrow and since I am off on Monday will try to have cut and ready to send out.

My 5 sets are ready to mail! I will be sending them Tuesday as the Post Office will be closed Monday. Certainly enjoyed my visit to the quilt shop to fondle fabrics and pick out pinks. If all goes well with this swap, maybe we can continue on and do blues, greens, etc. What a beautiful variety we could all end up with!

Thats right, Monday is a holidaty. But, I will get going to work. We almost never close. Oh well, at least I still have a job.
It looks like everyone one is having fun. Fabric shopping is one of my favorite things!! This is a super simple swap. I am glad you all are having a great time!!

I will agree with Toni and Barb. If this swap runs smoothly, meaning we all finish and mail on time, I will gladly run another swap of another color.
I find these little pieces of fabric are wonderful. There are lots of things that we can make. It's just a matter of sewing them together and using a little imagination. I know that there are plenty of patterns for charm quilts and bags/totes. I even seen a few different aprons made of charms.

OH MY GOSH, pink heaven, lol!!
I will cut mine this weekend. Job is keeping me occupied, lol.
I am thinking about doing 5 sets, instead of the 3 signed up for.Thinking, thinking.....
Thought about it, I can't afford 5 sets, so have to stay with the original 3 BOOHOO!!

This is so exciting! I can't wait to get my charms! I am going to make myself a pink and white (with a splash of yellow or purple) quilt to use on the cool evening, everyone else gets a quilt-why not me!
