Merry Christmas early! Let's do a Christmas yoyo swap like the last Halloween theme one.
We can use the next few weeks to sign up. Sign ups all due by Nov 1st and then mail the yoyos out on Nov 15th....we need to have time to make something out of them before Christmas.

sign ups by Nov 1st

Address list sent then

Send the "puffy envelopes" out (5 yoyos to each address) by Nov 15th

how does this sound? Any suggestions? Will this work for people?
feedback always welcome.
Linda

Sunshine, I remember the one that you hosted we made all sizes....a variety.
If we made smaller ones they would fit in envelope better with less postage...any more opinions?

I got one vote for various sizes....anyone else?

and also a vote for CD size

Count me in. I like the CD size personally, but will go with whatever you all say. Just let me know.

Have a good day!

Just to clarify, since I'm just diving into this without really knowing anything -- this means that the fabric is the size of a CD before you begin -- it's not the end size. Right?

welcome Karen! Use the CD/DVD as the templete to cut out the fabric. It is a size that is commonly used...I think you will like it.

Linda,
Count me in too. The Halloween swap was so much fun. CD size sounds great. I noticed mine were a tiny bit smaller than some others in the Halloween swap. Do you start stitching about 1/4 inch in and then gather? Just wanted to make sure I get the same size as everyone else.

Thanks for hosting the swap. I think I'll use mine as ornaments on a tree. I could use some new decorations.
