and my wonderful hubby took me out to dinner and then to Joanns! He bought me a huge pile of embroidery floss and one of those big cases to put it all in. I found some pretty fat quarters I liked, I think I'll use them for a yo-yo project. Oh and some batting so I can finish two small quilts I'm working on. Also a few other odds and ends. He spoils me and I love it!
Take care, Melissa.

Hi Melissa. Congratulations! Dec. 4th is the best anniversary date ever. I know because its ours too. We have been married 28 yrs. A great trip to Joanns....... what a treat. I know you enjoyed it. I bet your winding your floss on the cards. I wish I had one of every color!

Thank you so much everyone! And Happy Anniversary to you too Peapicker! Starmeadow, floss is absolutely the gift for the 16th year, and I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that yarn is for the 20th year ;) LOL
Take care, Melissa.
