Oh yes, I have been growing all winter. My last planting was late September and those plants are just waiting for the longer days of spring to start growing again. I have arugala, boc choy, mixed lettuce, mache, kale and collards about 3-4 inches tall. I have been eating the earlier plantings of those items plus tatsoi, turnips, radish, and minuza up until about now. All in an unheated hoop house. This was an experiment this year and I was very happy with the results.
