Hi everyone I am new here and would like to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Wendy and I live outside a small town about 30 miles west of Green Bay. My husband and I live on a small patch (less than 2 acres) of land.I live in the house I grew up in. We have goats for milk chickens for meat and eggs ducks geese and turkeys. We also have dogs and cats and cockatiels. We have 2 big gardens we also have grape vines, raspberries and we just put in a strawberry patch last summer.

Wendy, I too am a newbie from Wisconsin! I live in Milwaukee, though. Knitting and crocheting is very relaxing, and I hope you don't find too much frustration in learning how to do them.

Welcome from the Fingerlakes area of NY. We had five children too many years ago. One daughter has come back home to live. The other four are scattered, two within an hour and a half of us. We presently have 11 grands and 4 great grands.
Have fun with the forums and getting to know many helpful gals.

Wendy, welcome from Ga. So glad to see you here. You'll have to come over to All Things Dairy in the Barnyard section and tell us about your milk goats. I love to see new farmgirls with goats joining the forum.

Well welcome from Florida. So glad you joined the forum. I look forward to reading more from you and getting to know you.
I live only on an acre (one day I'll have many) I have bees and chickens. I raised one meat bird just for the experience. We ate it tonight (yumm) and I think I'll stick to eggs

ChickenJanedoe I'm not sure what kind of grapes they are but they are sweet and have seeds one kind is red and the other is green.

Kayce I am thinking about raising bees it would be nice to have a supply of honey and polinating my gardens.

Thank you everyone for you kind words I fell really welcome here.
