So here I am.
Tired of the mud slinging and such of politics.
Depressed by the news and all of the brutality of the world.
This little place is my haven from all of the things that I cannot change.
MJ and the many, many farm girls and sisters are a wonderful and positive force in my life. Daily giving me hope and inspiration, new ideas and friendship.
Focusing on the good things in the world, and the farm girl can-do spirit. I have discovered the many ways that I can make changes happen and ways that I can help and make a difference. So, now I'm getting all sentimental and mushy. But I have grown so much and learned so much from MJ and the farmgirls of the forum.A big heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for being the warm, strong and beautiful women that you are. Farmgirls are the best friends you could have. Three cheers, ladies!

Me too. It has made my life less lonely after my big move.
Everyone is closer than my real sisters. Who don't even bother to call to see if we are ok.

Count me in. I have not been a member for long but, have enjoyed and learned so much from everyone. It is so nice to just be able to get on line and see the great things that are happening all around me.

That makes me...#9!!! Annika, you put it into words so nicely. Its nice to be around people who have a can-do attitude and are so uplifting and supportive! Farmgirls are the best - I am so glad I found this forum - even my hubby notices a difference in my attitude :)

Me 11, I can't say enough about finding MJF, and this forum, you all are so inspirational, uplifting, positive and make things so simple....think that's what we're all striving for, right?? Thanks so much farmgirl sisters for all you've done for me in the last year and a half, you will never have a clue as to how much you've helped me!! Love ya all~~

Me 14th!!! All of you farmgirls have been a true blessing to me. This is one place I can come to where you always find positive feedback. Even during our lowest times there are others there to pick us up and show us the way. And God's faithfulness is so strong within the sisterhood. I do believe that he knew all us farmgirls needed to be connected to share all the ups and downs together. Thank you all for being my sister!!!

Well, me 17! It is so good to find a place to come to where you can find people that have a lot in common with you. I've been through some very happy times and some very sad times since I've been coming here and you all have laughed and cried with me. You have been such an encouragement to me and I feel that I can 'let my hair down' with you all and you don't judge me. That is such a blessing! Excellent topic, Annika!

me 20 or 21st. I love the positive feed back when a question is asked. The genuine concern for people. It keeps me happy here and I only go on across the fence, and the prayers one. I would never get anything done if I went on all the wonderful sites that are offered. Occasionally I do, love the kitchen one also..Oh I love it all.. I just need longer days..
